*Call for Papers
*

*
Special Issue of Discrete Applied Mathematics on

Combinatorial Optimization*

We invite submissions of novel research articles for a forthcoming issue
of /Discrete Applied Mathematics/ on Combinatorial Optimization.

This special issue will be dedicated to the International Symposium on
Combinatorial Optimization that was held in Hammamet,Tunisia, March 24-26, 2010.
However it is also open to papers which have not been presented at the conference.

High quality research papers are solicited to address theoretical as
well as practical issues of Combinatorial Optimization.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

* Approximation algorithms
* Cutting planes algorithms
* Polyhedral combinatorics
* Local search algorithms
* Computational complexity
* Graph and network algorithms
* Linear and integer programming
* Interior point methods

The deadline for submission of full papers is *July 31, 2010*.

All articles will be thoroughly refereed according to the high standards
of the journal

For their submissions, the authors should follow the "Guide for Authors"
of the journal website http://ees.elsevier.com/dam/
The article type for this issue is *Special Iss: Combinatorial Optimization*
and selecting this article type will ensure that the submission is sent to
the editors of the special issue.
